Yes it is CharlesA (http://ubuntuforums.org/member.php?u=923868) I installed it from Steam. The post should've read Moxxie tho, but it was late and I was tired.

I am running an old Dell Optiplex dualcore with a 2gb nvidia gt610 graphics card and it runs really well even with the graphics settings turned to high quality.

Steam was easy to install from it's deb link that is on the Steam website but I couldn't get Steam to install with the software manager. I tried using the software manager a few times but Steam wouldn't install from it so I found this link and it installed fine the first time. I think the Steam website auto detects your OS and displays the appropriate link. Steam even put a plug for Ubuntu on their site at the bottom of the page.

portalhavoc (http://ubuntuforums.org/member.php?u=1956827), that is a good looking wallpaper. I have a package for Windows that will let you change it's start button to the Borderlands logo. It has a program to change it with and the BL 2 start button graphic I made plus some other start button graphics. It worked when I was running Win7.

Thanks. I'm going to add it to my bl2 wallpaper folder. I had edited my post above and added a link to a start button changer I found on the webs some time ago.

Edit: I can only get a small size resolution from the thumbnail preview.
