Hi,
I'm having a strange problem:
Setup : ASUS N76VZ, with an iiyama iiyama GE2488HS-B1 24" monitor attached to the HDMI port.
Installed following nvidia drivers:
ii nvidia-355 355.06-100ubuntu100~ppa0~vivid0 amd64 NVIDIA binary driver - version 355.06
ii nvidia-opencl-dev:amd64 6.5.14-1 amd64 NVIDIA OpenCL development files
ii nvidia-opencl-icd-355 355.06-100ubuntu100~ppa0~vivid0 amd64 NVIDIA OpenCL ICD
ii nvidia-prime 0.8.1 amd64 Tools to enable NVIDIA's Prime
ii nvidia-settings 355.06-100ubuntu100~ppa0~vivid0 amd64 Tool for configuring the NVIDIA graphics driver

The problem:
when I turn on mirrored displays in Settings->Displays, everything is fine. I can run 1920x1080 on both the internal and external monitors
If I turn off mirrored displays, I get what looks to be a 640x480 resolution.. everything is blown up and the mouse cursor has an offset with respect to the windows on the screen

Everything looks fine on startup; I get two screens, one with login window, the other without, at the correct resolution, so I know the drivers are capable of driving the two monitors in a non-mirrored configuration.

How can I get a 'normal' extended desktop on two screens ? Anything information that's missing from this post ?
