I just buy a new laptop Acer SE1-512 and fresh install Lubuntu 15.04 64bit. I set Legacy boot and everything seem ok w/ grub2.
After that, I cannot shutdown or restart/suspend. The screen is freeze at Lubuntu log with 5 dots.
I had already change default grub boot with many kinds of lines. But useless.

There is a temp. solution that I have to DISABLE xHCI support in my BIOS setup (so my USB 3.0 port will become 2.0). Everything is ok.

The question is, is this a bug of Ubuntu? Can I shutdown/etc my laptop normally without disable xHCI support (cuz I want 3.0 USB, it's faster).
