As you'll notice from the screen shot provided I'm having some trouble rendering text and images properly(note the strange garbled fuzz over LibreOffice and UbuntuSoftware icons.) What is going on here?

Does the issue happen over a period of time, or does it manifest from boot ?

4 days is nothing but just wondering if it happens after suspending.
