Problem installing Ubuntu

I'm trying to install ubuntu on my computer, but It freezes when the process begin.

First I don´t have the traditional starting screen, I have this one:

The either I select "Run Ubuntu from this USB" or "install Ubuntu on a Hard Disk" it freezes in the loading screen.

I've read that maybe its a hardware problem (I have a NVIDIA K5100m) It ther any way to solve if it's a hardware problem?
