After unsuccessfully trying to install Kbuntu 15.04 on a secondary HD and getting stuck on a flashing cursor at boot I installed Kbuntu on a USB stick. Install went fine but when trying to install the initial updates it gets stuck as mentioned in the headline. Reboots do not help it always gets stuck on 25%.
