How many people globally are helping boost the range of support for Ubuntu on tablets?

There are two OEMs that we know of. BQ (Spain) & Meizu (China). If Canonical is having discussions with any other OEMs then Canonical employees are not allowed to say. These kinds of discussions are covered by confidentiality agreements as they are business sensitive. And as far as I know, Canonical employees do not reply to posts on this forum .

I heard just the other day that the number of app developers as well as the number of apps in the app store is doubling every four months.
