I would like to display a web page on my Ubuntu desktop, in the style of the old "Active Desktop" feature of Windows 95/98. The web page I would like to embed is: http://www.hamqsl.com/solar101vhfpic.php

Right now I'm using the webframe screenlet, however, even using the latest version, I cannot make the frame any shorter than 200px, so I end up with all sorts of white space under the desired image. The image is itself not a JPG or PNG that can be saved and then downloaded with a script, it appears to be generated via PHP. Is there a workaround to shorten this screenlet to smaller than 200px, or an alternative method of embeddeding this PHP page in a similar manner on my desktop? Below is a screenshot of what I'm talking about.
