2. What's your feedback on https://www.jottacloud.com/ ?
3. Do you know any cloud service from: Colombia, Norway, Switzerland, Spain, Finland, Iceland, Czech Republic or Slovenia?

Slovenia has shrani.si but I am sure there are others.

Yandex is based in Russia. A reason enough for me not to use it.

The Good Bad and Ugly on Cloud Technology.
Good: Cloud from Cellphone PC and Major Servers.
Bad too many Small Vendors, Anybody can build a Cloud Service. My Advice BIg Business Should Rely on Large Vendors.
Ugly Cloud Technology is Missused! For Bad Purposes. Security Becomes In-Security!

Are their privacy laws any worst than the US?

Yandex seems to have a solid reputation in the East. It offers a wide range of services, not too dissimilar to Google.
