Dual boot windows 8.1 / ubuntu 15.04 without usb/dvd

Is it possible to install ubuntu 15.04 without usb/dvd yet to be dual boot with win 8.1?

I have used the unetbootin method in the past which worked well (but before UEFI and windows 8 so not sure if there are complications to consider).
