blank black screen appears with error message while installing ubuntu

hello,
I've downloaded ubuntu and made my usb disk bootable through pendrivelinux. now when I try to install restarting my PC it shows me an option to install ubuntu and when I select it it shows me ubuntu loading and suddenly black screen appears with the error messages.
Please help.

First, what kind of computer do you have (cpu, ram, graphics)?

And what Ubuntu did you load (12.04; 14.04; 15.04)?

Did you first run a live session (before the install)?

Hello there,
thanks for your response. I have a desktop computer with i3 processor, 2 gb ram, 2gb graphics. and ubuntu version I've downloaded was 14.04.2. I did try running ubuntu from usb stick without installing and every thing seemed to be okay. Actually I was trying to make my system dual boot. (windows 7) but now I cannot even load my windows due to error in bios. i tried partitioning my drive separate for ubuntu. and looks like my boot space is corrupted.
your response will be highly appreciated.
