Hello everybody,
Before i post my problem,
I already checked the previous solutions relating to me but unfortunate still doesn't work.
Here what i am facing, i have Ubuntu 14.04 and i want to connect to my Cisco switch through console through GtkTerm.
As shown in the screen cap, it doesn't detect my USB-Serial adapter.
Please what do i do?
