Hello
I am trying to create a custom live CD by these instructions

I have chrooted into the filesystem and need to install lupin-casper to continue. I run apt-get update and it is unable to update. I try to install casper and I run in into a similar problem. I have tried adding mirrors, to no avail. Here are some snapshots of my virtual machine:
