this is the only app when fullscreen that doesnt fit flush against the right side of the screen and its just 1px enough to where the mouse cant trigger/grab the scroll bar for navigating
i took a zoomed in pic of a screencap set against the gimp background to try an make it obvious, you see where the white line starts, i disabled the chrome theme settings to use the system default but it didnt change.
also should note i disabled the overlay scrollbars back to the standard/always there ones
