I've been having this trouble more often recently, when I have a program like Chrome running and it loads a new page, my mouse often gets stuck on the other monitor until it's completely done. I can move it around, so it's not frozen, but I can't get it to cross the border. I've already done what I can to stop the cursor sticking at the window edges via Unity Tweaks and turning off sticky edges, but this seems a different thing. I note that it's usually Chrome that does this, but other applications like the Steam client or VLC do it sometimes as well. I'm at a loss what to do about this.
I'm running vanilla Ubuntu 14.04 with Unity, and my graphics card is an nVidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti.
