Budgie Desktop won't install in 15.04

I added the repository, updated, and tried to install, but then it ends up saying that the package can't be found. Is there a different way to do this?

it's not built for 15.04 vivid. looking at the ppa it only has utopic(14.10) & trusty(14.04)
ya got to remember 15.04 was just released not to long ago. you could try forcing utopic but i wouldn't recommend.

looking at the site, it just emulates gnome2, you could just grab ubuntu-mate 15.04 instead, then you can do all that & more since mate tweak has several settings for panel or you can just tweak it yourself.
