retrieving rates and comments of packages of ubuntu software center

Hello, i need to retrieve rates and comments of packages which exists in ubuntu software center. For example if my software's package name is "eclipse", i need to access the average rate of eclipse and comments made about eclipse in ubuntu software center. How can do it ? I will use these data in my app.
