unable to install kompozer per ubuntu documentation at the following URL: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/InstallKompozer

I am able to install all dependencies, but wget doesn't retrieve 64bit deb files or 32 bit (I need 64bit). Here's my terminal output:

stella@stella-OptiPlex-9020:~/kompozer$ wget https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archive/primary/+files/kompozer-data_0.8%7Eb3.dfsg.1-0.1ubuntu2_all.deb
--2015-05-22 15:09:09-- https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archive/primary/+files/kompozer-data_0.8%7Eb3.dfsg.1-0.1ubuntu2_all.deb
Resolving launchpad.net (launchpad.net)... failed: Name or service not known.
wget: unable to resolve host address ‘launchpad.net’
stella@stella-OptiPlex-9020:~/kompozer$

It is possible that my location does not allow wget to retrieve files from the Internet. If some could confirm wget works, that will answer that question.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Confirmed that it works.

But not sure I'd recommend kompozer, as far as I understand it is long since dead and abandoned.

Thanks.

What do you recommend for starting HTML programming? I'd like a small tool that is not overwhelming. I noticed that Bluefish is available in the repos.
