This is the second time I've had this weird non-fatal but very annoying problem:
Every time I click on an icon, my cursor grabs that icon and then inserts a double cursor above it. Only the upper left cursor is active but dragging this useless baggage around with my cursor is most annoying.
Swapping mice does not solve the problem. A reboot "clears" the error until I click on the first item: then the problem begins anew. I never remember having this problem in Ubuntu Unity.
A google search comes up with nothing except my last post to this forum which had no responses.
The problem in the past resolved but I don't remember how or why except that it was not by a solution.
I would sure hate to re-install just to fix my cursor . . .
