I just upgraded my server from 14.10 to 15.04. After the reboot, I am unable to access any of my sites on that box now? Chrome gives the following error:

This web page is not available

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Upon further investigation, it appears that none of my web services that use a upstart script are starting up?

The error is:

service failed to load: No such file or directory.

But the files are there?

untill you get these scripts fixed, you can still boot with upstart (advanced option) or set upstart to be the default instead of systemd (install back upstart-sysv)

Thanks, I just followed the guide in the wiki and reverted to upstart for the moment.
