Hello forum.
When I launch Xubuntu 14.04 I see the programs I had open before shutting down but they are empty (see picture). I've googled this quite a lot but did not find a person with the same problem.
Anyone knows this problem?

Yes. Or to put it in other words: mousepad and document viewer are launching but they don't open the text file or pdf I had open before I shut down. They just launch empty.
This problem does not exist for firefox tough.

Not sure I would expect it to do it.

Not sure I would expect it to do anymore.
Fair point. But why not "anymore"? Did they remove that feature?

No - it never used to do it in my experience.
