Hi.

I've fresh install of Ubuntu 14.04.2lts x64 on a Xeon Haswell R 1241 v3.

It has the intel driver loaded by default it seems when the system starts up it is running on the Performance governor but it won't drop the cpu speed off load and I'm having to change it manually all the time. It only has the two settings Performance & Powersave which won't speed up the cpu under load if I have it set that one.

I have red on the forum that it was a problem, but I had thought it had been fixed now, obviously not. Is there a way to edit something to get it working like it should be.

thanks.
