Is there a "cursive" cyrillic keyboard ?

Hello,

I have looked in the list available but I haven't found a "cursive" cyrillic keyboard.

I don't mean cursive as if it looked like a real handwriting. What I mean is that Russians, Bulgarians, Serbians, etc... have a different "writing" for books, even movie subtitles, documents, etc...

For example "ето ти" becomes "emo mu" (with computer letters) in Bulgarian.
