printer trouble with 15.04

I upgraded to 15.04 and everything seemed fine until i triedt to print.
I have an HP laserjet 1300 that gets a cups server error failure to connect.
I found instructions for the terminal to reload but it did not fix the problem. I am not very comp literate. Can anyone help me please?

when i trouble shoot this it tells me to go to system. How do i get there?
The message is that the spooler is not running. Go to system-> administrator
