Cannot able to install ubuntu-14.04.2 inside windows 7

I downloaded ubuntu-14.04.2 from ubuntu.com, I cannot able to install ubuntu inside windows 7, When I use wubi.exe it say restart and continue. After restart when installation screen appears it also pop restart and continue.

Wubi is no longer supported. It does not work with the new versions of Windows. See this link

And even when it was supported (years ago) it was only intended for testing, not for regular use. I suggest that you try Ubuntu live, and after that consider installing it alongside Windows (dual boot). See the following link
