How do you move the launcher to another monitor

I have a dual monitor setup and all I want to do is move the launcher to the other monitor. HOW DO YOU DO THIS??? I can switch my DVI/VGA cables but come on!!

OMG, I found out how to do this. This is the dumbest most non-intuitive way to do position the unity launcher. You have to go to the display panel and drag the teeny-tiny little black bar from one monitor to the other.
This might as well be an easter egg!!!

WHYYYY????? Whose idea was this?? Is it so hard just put a drop down box that says "Choose default monitor"??
