launchers Ubuntu 15.04

just done a fresh install of Ubuntu 15.04 desktop, 64 bit. In the past when I have gone to facebook, google drive etc i normally get the option to add a launcher to the Unity menu, since this fresh install i no longer get the option.

if i scroll through the ubuntu menu i see the launchers there, but I cant drag them to the Unity Bar

have you tried launching them & pinning them to the launcher
