Hi,

I use a debian based system: openmediavault.
I like it, but I would like to change my server to an ubuntu server for some reasons.
In openmediavoult there is an extra plugin (a script), called openmediavault-autoshutdown, which is great.
If it runs it can shut down the system in specific time if there is no ip traffic, hdd traffic, etc.
https://github.com/OpenMediaVault-Plugin-Developers/openmediavault-autoshutdown
If I would like to use it on ubuntu server how should I make it?
Can I use the same script there?

Thanks in advance.

Thank you, but I think it is different from my issue.
I want to run an ubuntu server/desktop and I need a script like in the other system which runs and shuts down my computer with specific options.
