Hi guys.

After updating to xubuntu 15.04 I now have different (background)colored icons in the systems tray. Like this:

261494

I use the XFCE theme manager (Xfce-Theme-Manager Version 0.3.6)
I have tried different skins, but those three icons appears with white background no matter what I do.
Could live with it, but it is so annoying.

Any suggestions to solve this?

Ah, it is the Numix skin/theme fault. So fixed it by changing the color scheme.

But now that Numix has this "bug" which seems to be related to multi-color mode in non-hover mode or such, I now need to fix that or find a suitable replacement for Numix. All the other themes does not work well in XFCE imo. Suggestions? Tried googling about, but no luck. Also, seems like xfce-look.org is offline.

I've also encountered the same issue after upgrade to 15.04. Upgrading installed themes to newer versions from Shimmer Project Daily PPA (https://launchpad.net/~shimmerproject/+archive/ubuntu/daily) solved the problem.
