I see the Invest Applet is working in 14.04 in both the Metacity and Compiz desktops. While it kept my previous data, I am unable to change/alter the stocks because the window in the preferences is too small and cannot be resized. Scrolling does not move the title bar, so all you can see is a millimetre thick glimpse of the information I would like to alter. If anyone knows how to resize the area I am outlining in the attached photo, I would be most grateful.
