I have an Intel NUC i5 box, supposed to run 14.04. When I switch on, it tells me to 'check cable'. If I then connect to a live Internet cable and switch on, this changes to a search for a DCHP. Then it Exits.
I have had a look at the BIOS. There is no awareness of the SSD which I know is there, and SATA Port 0 says 'not installed' ... The only Boot option is under 'Legacy', and is a LAN number: LAN IBA GE Slot 00C8 v1543.
I have no idea what needs to be done and would welcome any help you can offer.
