Hi i´m new sorry for my english, how to install Gnome 3.16 in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS or Ubuntu Gnome flavour, thanks.

gnome 3.16 has not made it down to ubuntu yet.
you can grab ubuntu gnome 15.04 for the latest gnome.

ubuntu gnome in 15 is really nice, everything is much faster then the 14 versions. i've had no problems running it everyday, even though it's beta2, if you like gnome it's worth grabbing the 15 beta2 version.

Ubuntu Gnome 15.04 Beta 1 came with Gnome 3 shell 3.14 and not 3.16. There are two PPAs that can be installed but they only bring in bits of newer versions of Gnome 3 shell
