where is libmoosex-types-perl for utopic?

while installation of some packages in ubuntu utopic the aptitude get this error:


E: Failed to fetch http://af.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/libm/libmoosex-types-perl/libmoosex-types-perl_0.44-1_all.deb: Size mismatch

I searched the ubuntu archives for this package but didn't find it.

Sorry but the problem was with my isp because they block any site with the word "sex" so i download the packages with tor.
