I can log in with usename and password, once logged in, the keyboard (both physical and virtual) ceases to function. The led light for num lock is lit, and the short cut keys at top of keyboard work for home and email, but no letter or number keys of function keys work. Grateful for any guidance. I've tried 'safe mode' and run all the possibilities on that screen. The keyboard works fine in guest login.
