Help please unable to install

im having problems installing linux version 12.04.5 x64.
Message says that im unable to install kernel.
Also there's a message that package doesnt exist in the logs when i crtl+alt+f4 in virtualbox

please help i need this for my project asap

Bit confused. So you are trying to install Ubuntu as a virtual machine in Virtualbox? If so, what is the host OS? More detail, please.

when installing 64 bit OS in virtualbox make sure you have virtualization enabled in your BIOS.
