My Dell Inspiron 11 3000 2-in-1 is running Linux Mint 17.1 cin64. and i have tried various fixes around the internet for re-enabling my touchpad when coming out of sleep/opening my lid. i have a touchscreen and if i open up the touchpad settings and disable/enable it that way, it does not fix it. Only a restart fixes it. i am having similar troubles with my bluetooth mouse. i am fairly certain this can be fixed with a script in the sleep.d folder? My knowledge is limited here. i am unsure what other info you might need.
