So friends I'm not a native user of ubuntu But I've been using it this whole week because I'm in a tough spot. So my story is that I was using windows 8.1 and deleted a system partition by accident no as you would expect windows wont boot. Now I've been using a bootable version of Ubuntu to find a work around to getting myself out of this spot. Now during my research I came upon two options on how to recover my lost partition. One was using Partition Wizard and recovering via a bootable USB stick or second was to use GParted to restore the deleted partition. I have been having 2 Issues I would love your help with. Thank you.

1. Is there a Program for linux that I could use to make a bootable Version of Partition Wizard. Been searching all week and I've not been having alot of luck.

2. Whenever I try to use Gparted to recovery the drive like so I get a series of Errors that I just cant Figure out.

I take it from this picture that I need some software package but when I get it I cant make heads or tails of it and how to install it.
