So I've been running Ubuntu on this machine for awhile and started with it saying undetected monitor. I used xrandr to adjust it to 1920x1080 and it worked great. But I rebooted it the other day and it reverted, so I did it again and no issues. It just reverted again last night, and I redid the settings but somehow it changed to 1600x1200 and will not let me change it to 1920x1080.
I'm running a KVM and a TV to it with a VGA splitter and now the TV will not recognize the resolution unless I use 1024x768. I've tried all sorts of xrandr lines and it is reliable again (changing after login) but it changes to 1600x1200 which is not what I want.
