Ok, my pc come with windows 8 and UEFI, and then I installed ubuntu in dual boot. Everything was perfect and both ran, yet then I wanted to change for lubuntu and since I'm a dumb person I formatted the disk partitions where I had ubuntu using windows 8, and now I can't get over the "minimal bash-like line editing is supported" screen. I can't access windows, I can't boot into linux since i have no linux and i can't reinstall ubuntu because I can't get into EUFI because I can't access windows 8...

Is there something I can do?

You can still save you boot and have a bootloader (probably) but you need a bootable USB drive with Ubuntu to do it.

Also, next time, if you already have dual boot, you shouldn't just format the drive on which Ubuntu is installed. When it comes to partitioning (or modifying partitions in general) always ask do a backup of data and ask people here on how to approach a problem. Chances are you are not the only one that tried this before.
