Hello everyone!
I have created a custom keyboard layout. The number row now gives priority to symbols instead of numbers.
When I open "show keyboard layout" everything seems ok;

However, as I type using the new layout it behaves the exact same way as it would with a regular one: numbers first, shift to symbols.
I've tried using regular "programmer Dvorak" and using the symbols as first priority, it works just fine.
Did anyone encounter a similar problem?
