Hi,
Nautilus seems to be taking over the keyboard when in List View, to use its search-as-you-type feature. This is a problem, since, for example, I can't rename files anymore, because at the moment that I start typing the new name (after, say, hitting F2), the search-as-you-type little text input pops up and takes me out of the renaming process.
This does not happen while in Grid View.
Anyone else having this issue?
For sake of completeness:
- Ubuntu 14.04
- Nautilus 3.10.1
- Using Gnome Flashback with compiz
- Kernel version 3.13.0-45-generic
- NVIDIA driver version 346.35
