How to Get Rid of Multiple Launch Bars?

I am running a 3 monitor system on Ubuntu 14.04 under VirtualBox/Windows 7. Guest Additions is installed and this is working (although funky as each screen is a seperate window).

With each screen/window the launch bar along the left hand side exists. Is there a way to remove/hide these? I just want one.

Open the display settings and set whatever monitor you want for the launcher placement.

Of course, it goes to say, I haven't any idea how you set up Virtualbox, so.
Take that into consideration.
