Hello -
I have an old Dell Dimension e520 onto which I want to install Ubuntu.
I am using a USB flashdrive that has been configured using unetbootin.
When I set the computer to boot from the device, it says "Boot error"
I found several articles that solved the issue by changing the USB Mass Storage Emulation type.
However, after searching the BIOS I could find no such option.
What am I missing? Is the computer just too outdated (It's from like 2006)?
If more info is needed, just tell me. This is my first post on these forums :)
Thanks!
EDIT: The computer has an "updated" graphics card, the Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT. I don't know if that's useful info, but I'll say it anyway.
