I made an Avestan font "Ahuramazda" and added some ligatures using
microsoft's feature VOLT (cf. "ahuramazda.volt.ttf" and
"avestan-conjuncts.png") (if required i could send them, butI don't
no how to attache theses files here)

In VOLT these ligatures were displayed correctly.

This font can be inputted by a keyboard layout only in Ubuntu
operating systems but not in any Microsoft Windows system just now.
(cf.
http://www.skytower.org/~ernstjtremel/Ahuramazda/AhuramzdaFont.htm (http://www.skytower.org/%7Eernstjtremel/Ahuramazda/AhuramzdaFont.htm))

But it is impossible tu input these ligatures
"avestan-conjuncts.png" in Ubuntu neither using the editor nor e.g.
LibreOffice or OpenOffice.

in Avestan there are four conjuncts:

U+10B00 + U+10B35 > U+E100

U+10B34 + U+10B00 > U+E101

U+10B34 + U+10B17 > U+E102

U+10B34 + U+10B19 > U+E103

as a screen shot written vom right to left:
259317

How can I implement these conjuncts into the Avestan Keyboard
Layout?

What may be the reason for this? Can it be fixed by
correcting the Ubuntu keyboard layout definition?
