My motherboard has 2 PCI slots. The manual says it can work with Nvidia SLI.

If so, can it do two AMD cards? Or strictly Nvidia?

It should work.

It should work.

Not necessarily, indeed most probably not!. It will all depend on the motherboard chip set and typically if the motherboard doesn't specify that it can do crossfire then assume it can't (except perhaps by hacking the graphics drivers etc... not something lightly done).

I looked up the board from one of the poster's other threads. You are right, two ATI cards will not work.

Unless it specifically says AMD Crossfire is supported then the answer is 'no'.

Another thing to keep in mind with dual cards is that you will need a PSU powerful enough to handle the load.
