View Full Version : Ubuntu 14.04 installation using unetbootin

When i try to boot after installing ubuntu 14.04 LTS using unetbootin, i get the following error message.
Boot Manager:
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware of software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1.Insert your Windows installation disc and restart the computer.
2.Choose your language settings, and then click "Next".
3.Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Status:0xc000000f
Info: The selected entry could not be loaded because the application is missing or corrupt.

And i am unable to boot ubuntu. Please help!!

Windows version? computer specs?

The bootloader was not properly installed for Ubuntu so posting the info requested by nerdtron above would be a good starting point, especially the version of windows.

64-bit
