Gave up waiting for ... Ubuntu won't boot

Hallo everyone,

I am new here, and i am trying to run my ubuntu 12.04.5 on a asus a8v deluxe . But after the grub i get the next message:
Gave up waiting for root device Common problems

-Boot args (cat(proc/cmdline)
-check rootdialog
-check root
Missing modules (Cat/proc/modules; ls/dev)
Alert /dev/disk/by-uuid/C5309d72-9256-4508-a348-9ff1914313fb/ disk does not exist

Then i download repairdisk and made a bootinfo:

Can anyone help me solve the problem,
