mouse pointer

just dwn/ld some mouse pointers from gnome-look.org......but don't know how to install them......
do i have to use command line Terminal window?

Inside the archive you download, there are one or more folders. Use the archive manager to extract the folders to ~/.icons. You then use Ubuntu Tweak or a similar tool to change the cursor. The terminal is not necessary.
