I want to download the MEGA client to backup my files, but my distro isn't on their list (I'm using LXLE), so is still possible to install the client? I'm also fine if there is some way to backup my files to MEGA without using the client, thanks.

It would be nice if you linked to the list. Is Ubuntu or Lubuntu on the list?

Your link isn't working for me. The bottom line is that LXLE is compatible package-wise with (L)Ubuntu 14.04/Trusty. If you download a .deb package for Ubuntu 14.04, it should work on LXLE

I downloaded the client for Ubuntu 14.04, but when I tried to install it, it said "Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: libc6 (>= 2.16)".

I searched libc6 in the synaptic package manager but it said I already had the latest version which was 2.15.

Thread moved to Ubuntu/Debian BASED.

LXLE is not supported in the main support areas here. While you are welcome to post in this sub-section, LXLE have their own forums HERE (http://lxle.net/forum/). Good luck.

Then I've completely misunderstood what LXLE was from their description (my apologies). Anyway, it would be better to ask in their forums as BB pointed out.
