Lost my "System Settings" in Ubuntu 14.04LTS

I removed alot of uselss packages after installing 14.04. Now I noticed that "System Settings" is no long in my panel, and from the owner's cog in the upper right, that system settings will not launch. What package is the "System Settings" binded to.
